Laura has been competitive since the day she could walk. An athlete her entire life, she played a variety of sports including collegiate soccer. Originally from KS, Laura has made AZ home since 2012. She started CrossFit in 2012 when a local gym was trying to recruit more women to the sport. She was hooked and began coaching in 2014. She is an owner and coach at The Coop.
